Accounts Payable Associate (Nutrition)

What you will do

• Manage a designated portfolio of supplier accounts.
• Receive and record invoices through the Procure platform or approved manual processes.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment disputes, short payments, and missing documentation.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and ensure invoices, credit notes, and payments are correctly allocated.
• Monitor unposted invoices and review unmatched GRNI for assigned suppliers.
• Complete weekly GRNI account reconciliations for manager review.

Requirements

• A finance-related professional qualification such as AAT, or at least one year of experience in a similar accounts payable role.
• Ability to act as a subject-matter expert for the accounts payable team.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is required.
• Office IT literacy and preferably intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Sage or another ERP system.
• Strong communication, time management, customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
