What you will do

• Act as the technical liaison between partners, customers, technical support, sales, engineering, and product management.
• Design, develop, and deliver integration solutions connecting Zebra devices and products with customer applications.
• Translate complex business challenges into process and technical solutions across the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide consulting and technical support to partners, integrators, and customer technical teams.
• Manage integration solution projects and document application-development best practices.
• Create training materials and participate in training programs.

Requirements

• Experience providing technical consulting and integration support for customer applications.
• Ability to design and deliver solutions integrating products and devices.
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to support customers, partners, integrators, and technical resources throughout implementation.
• Project management and technical documentation skills.
