Product Execution Manager (Autonomous Vehicle Sensing)

Location: Jerusalem, Israel; hybrid workplace, with potential to work 1–2 days per week from other hirify.global sites subject to seat availability.

What you will do

• Manage the execution of autonomous vehicle sensing projects and ensure delivery commitments to global automotive partners.
• Lead complex development projects from requirements definition through implementation.
• Track development progress and secure technical requirement approvals from R&D teams.
• Coordinate across R&D, AV, and REM teams to create coherent products and resolve cross-functional interfaces.
• Collaborate with leading car manufacturers through workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
• Manage debugging and validation of performance and functionality across the autonomous vehicle sensing stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing and leading development teams in complex R&D projects or products.
• Proven experience in customer-facing positions.
• Strong execution, leadership, communication, and management skills.
• Fluent English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

• M.Sc. or MBA.
• Development background.
