Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, California, United States

What you will do
- Build backend services and APIs for the data platform and customer-facing products.
- Develop data-processing pipelines that transform and validate robotics datasets.
- Build workflow orchestration for processes involving real robotic hardware.
- Contribute across the full stack to the data collection application.
- Script integrations between hardware systems, cloud infrastructure, and software services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in Python and at least one additional programming language.
- Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar codebases, tools, and problem domains.
- Comfort working across the software stack without a narrow specialization.
- Experience shipping software in fast-moving or loosely defined environments.
Nice to have
- Experience across backend, frontend, data, infrastructure, or scripting.
- Experience building systems that interact with physical hardware or manage compute-heavy workloads.
- Prior experience with AI, robotics, or large-scale data systems.
- Experience working in 0→1 environments.
