Full Stack Software Engineer (XR Applications)

What you will do

• Design and implement control interfaces for real-world robotics systems.
• Build performant, GPU-enabled frontend interfaces for observing robot surroundings in real time.
• Develop scalable cloud infrastructure to command and orchestrate robot fleets.
• Own projects from concept and prototyping through production deployment.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and observability in production environments.
• Debug complex systems-level issues across hardware and software while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Leadership.

Requirements

• Strong foundations in Python and React.
• Experience working in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong ownership and a bias toward shipping meaningful work.
• Genuine interest in robotics, AI, and solving challenging real-world problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with computer graphics, real-time rendering, or XR applications.
• Experience in robotics.
• Startup experience, especially at early- or growth-stage companies.
