What you will do

• Provide presales technical support across various products and solutions to facilitate the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or at customer locations.
• Build complex, multi-product proof of concept (PoC) solutions for customer evaluations.
• Map customer requirements to technical solutions and assist in overcoming competitive objections.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions for channel partners to improve product adoption.
• Maintain technical certifications and stay current with the latest brand technologies.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering subject.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer.
• English: Good oral and written communication skills required.
• Working knowledge and familiarity with enterprise servers, storage, and client portfolios.
• Excellent presentation skills and experience in leading workshop-driven sessions.
