What you will do

• Originate residential, commercial, and development land opportunities across Riyadh.
• Build relationships with landowners and secure high-quality brokerage mandates.
• Develop relationships with developers, investors, family offices, and other sophisticated real estate clients.
• Evaluate land based on location, size, pricing, permitted use, and development potential.
• Prepare investment opportunities and match them with relevant developers and investors.
• Coordinate site visits, offers, negotiations, and transaction progression through closing.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Riyadh real estate and land market.
• Existing relationships with landowners, developers, investors, or brokers.
• Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities rather than wait for leads.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and understanding of land pricing and development potential.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients, with high ownership, persistence, and execution speed.
• A track record of closing real estate transactions is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Direct relationships with major Riyadh landowners and active real estate developers.
• Experience with large land or investment transactions and sourcing land for developers.
• Understanding of joint ventures, land contribution, or development structures.
• An existing pipeline or network that can be activated immediately.
