Compensation: $150K–$250K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the growth function as the first dedicated growth hire, operating alongside marketing.
• Run experiments across the funnel, including marketing website A/B tests and signup-to-activation optimization.
• Manage paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads.
• Prioritize experiments, instrument missing tracking, analyze results, and stop initiatives that do not improve performance.
• Partner with marketing, design, and product on site tests, brand and UX guardrails, activation, and onboarding data.

Requirements

• Experience running A/B tests on a live marketing website.
• Experience improving a product-led growth onboarding flow using funnel data.
• Experience managing paid advertising spend and understanding CAC and payback period.
• Strong understanding of conversion rates, cohorts, and statistical significance.
• Comfort with tagging, events, and basic front-end changes to specify or build experiments.
• Availability for fully in-person work between the Palo Alto headquarters and San Francisco office.
