Corporate Associate – Capital Markets and Public Companies Group (Capital Markets)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington D.C. offices

Salary: $310,000–$390,000 per year, plus a potential discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Advise public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure, corporate governance, and stock exchange matters.
• Represent issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions.
• Support IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings.
• Advise technology and life sciences clients at different stages of development.
• Collaborate with clients and internal legal teams on complex corporate matters.

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience advising public companies or investment banks.
• Experience with SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters is required.
• Experience representing issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions is required.
• Must be barred in the state of the selected office or eligible to sit for or waive into the next bar examination.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
