Engineering Lead (TypeScript)

What you will do

• Shape product ideas from early definition through release in collaboration with Product and Design.
• Lead technical approaches for product areas, including architecture, implementation, and pragmatic trade-offs.
• Build and ship end-to-end frontend and backend features using TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes.
• Improve bugs, infrastructure, technical foundations, and the third-party integration marketplace.
• Raise engineering standards through strong technical judgment, thoughtful implementation, and collaboration.
• Provide technical context to customers, Sales, and Marketing when needed.

Requirements

• Multiple years of industry experience building full-stack web applications, ideally in SaaS.
• Strong TypeScript knowledge and experience shipping frontend and backend features to production.
• Experience contributing to architecture and technical direction.
• Strong appreciation for design, usability, and digital product craftsmanship.
• Experience working directly with Product and Design and delivering value to customers or users.
• Hands-on engineering leadership, high ownership, and the ability to balance speed, product quality, and technical quality.
