Product Manager (Kubernetes / Ansible / IaC)

Location: Remote Europe; candidates must be based in Europe

hirify.global provides an infrastructure orchestration platform for traditional infrastructure as code and AI-accelerated infrastructure, integrating Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, Pulumi, and Ansible.

What you will do

• Own a defined product area from customer discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption.
• Speak with platform engineers, DevOps teams, infrastructure leaders, prospects, and customers to understand production workflows and operational challenges.
• Combine interviews, product usage, support cases, commercial feedback, and market research to identify problems worth solving.
• Define product requirements, success measures, specifications, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Prioritize investments and partner with Design and Engineering on solution validation, scope, trade-offs, and execution.
• Coordinate launch readiness and evaluate adoption and customer feedback after release.

Requirements

• Product management or relevant experience in platform engineering, DevOps, solutions engineering, technical support, product analysis, or technical product ownership.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes or Ansible is required, including related production workflows and operational challenges.
• Working familiarity with Terraform or OpenTofu and core IaC workflows such as Git-based changes, plan and apply, state, policy, and drift.
• Experience identifying user problems, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative evidence, and making clear product decisions.
• Strong written communication and the ability to work directly with engineers and technical customers.
• Strong written and spoken English at B2 level or above; based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with both Kubernetes and Ansible.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, OPA/Rego, CI/CD, RBAC, audit systems, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
• Familiarity with evidence-led product practices such as Working Backwards or 5 Questions.
• Experience using SQL, product analytics, or AI tools for research and analysis.
