Marketing Web Designer/Developer (AI)

Location: New York, United States; full-time, in-office at the NYC location.

Salary: $165,000–$185,000 base per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global.ai end to end: design in Figma, build, ship, maintain, and evolve the site with product positioning.
• Monitor conversion rates, demo requests, trial starts, traffic, and other performance metrics; use data to guide design decisions.
• Run A/B tests and iterative conversion experiments, maintaining a test backlog and communicating both successful and unsuccessful results.
• Design and ship launch pages, microsites, interactive tools, calculators, integration libraries, and paid, SEO, and ABM experiences in partnership with Growth, Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales.
• Build and maintain Framer CMS collections, reusable components, responsive layouts, design systems, templates, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Own website technical health and marketing-stack decisions, including page speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, basic SEO, CMS, framework, hosting, and deployment workflow.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in marketing web design, in-house at a B2B SaaS company or at an agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft across web, brand, and graphic work, including shipped marketing sites designed and built by you.
• Hands-on Framer experience with CMS collections, reusable components, and responsive layouts.
• Fluency in Figma, including design systems, component variants, auto-layout, and libraries, plus Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• Working front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ability to build designs without a handoff.
• Experience with site migration or rebuilds, SEO basics, analytics and reporting such as GA4, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in design and web work, including AI design or development tools, personalization, chatbots, content generation, or reusable workflows.
• Strong communication with designers, marketers, and executives, and comfort independently owning a website surface.
• Commitment to full-time, in-office work at the New York location.

Nice to have

• React or Next.js experience.
• Motion design or basic video editing using After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or GSAP.
• B2B SaaS or AI product experience.
• HubSpot, heatmap, or session-replay tool experience.
