Web Content Manager (AI)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: $89,250–$99,750 USD per year.

What you will do

• Build, edit, publish, maintain, and QA web pages in the CMS using approved content, designs, and existing components.
• Create page designs and layouts in Figma while following design systems and component standards.
• Translate business and content requirements into intuitive, engaging, accessible, responsive, SEO-ready, and brand-compliant pages.
• Coordinate content updates and release schedules across multiple sites, stakeholders, designers, developers, marketing teams, and clients.
• Recommend improvements to components, templates, page experiences, governance, content quality, consistency, and lifecycle management.
• Use performance and content data, Gen AI tools, and AI-assisted workflows to improve quality and efficiency while maintaining rigorous human oversight.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on skills in an enterprise CMS, including the ability to build and QA pages independently.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and experience working with component-based design systems.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI and responsive design principles.
• Working knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and web content best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Clear, collaborative communication with design, development, marketing, and client teams.
• Proactive approach to improving pages, components, and processes.
• Advanced use of Gen AI tools for web content activities such as drafting, metadata, alt text, and QA support.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows, showing others how to use AI tools effectively, and applying agentic thinking to complex multi-step challenges.
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with rigorous human oversight of all published content.
