Intern/Co-op - Summer 2027 - Software Engineering (Fintech)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, USA; hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remote. Available only for the Summer 2027 term from May through August; 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Program software applications and components based on demonstrated skills, knowledge, and prior experience.
• Research new technologies, development tools, and technical problems.
• Implement assigned software development projects independently and collaboratively.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of undergraduate study completed by the start of the internship/co-op.
• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of and passion for learning software and web development, design, and implementation.
• High motivation and a focus on quality.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Coding experience with one or more of C, SQL, .NET, XML, HTML, JavaScript, or CSS.
• Experience with various operating systems.
