Frontend Engineer (React)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada

Salary: CA$100K–CA$140K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Design and implement features for a drag-and-drop form builder and workflow platform.
• Build intuitive, responsive, accessible, and highly interactive user interfaces.
• Own frontend features end-to-end, from concept through production.
• Improve frontend performance, scalability, reliability, and testing.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, technical direction, tooling, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, solutions, and customer-facing teams on product planning, API integration, and UX improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building frontend applications with React or similar frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience taking features from idea to production in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to build polished, accessible, and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience building drag-and-drop interfaces, visual editors, or data-heavy UIs.
• Familiarity with performance optimization for complex frontend applications.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Exposure to design systems or component libraries.
