Senior Software Engineer (Identity Graphs)

Location: Bellevue, United States; full-time onsite role

Base salary: $124,900–$260,000 USD, plus potential stock-based and variable compensation.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems and data products processing petabyte-scale data.
• Build and maintain identity graphs that connect signals across devices, channels, and environments in a privacy-conscious way.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate identity graph accuracy, coverage, and quality over time.
• Build reliable, high-performance services and pipelines across cloud and physical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, and product teams to deliver systems for global-scale clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of impactful software engineering experience in data-intensive or platform-oriented domains.
• Experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems and always-on services.
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput pipelines processing billions of records using Spark, ETL, or similar technologies.
• Commercial development experience with object-oriented programming, Java, C#, SQL, and software design.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and web-based service-oriented architectures.
• Strong ownership, product focus, collaboration skills, and commitment to diverse perspectives.
