• Identify and address security gaps in infrastructure and services to enhance customer safety
• Lead and influence security engineering discipline across the organization

• Drive data security strategy and evangelize best practices to senior leadership

Requirements

• Must have 9+ years experience in Data Security or related fields with expertise in at least two areas such as cryptography, Kubernetes security, web security, governance, privacy, trust, authentication, identity management, access control, key management, or detection and response
• 15+ years experience building large-scale distributed systems with high availability
• Proven leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills to explain and promote data security to senior leaders
• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields
