What you will do

• Lead design discussions for complex system architecture, ensuring high security and compliance standards.
• Architect Tier-0 identity services powering authentication, authorization, and delegation at global scale.
• Partner with Security, Platform, and AI teams to build the identity control plane for agentic AI ecosystems.
• Mentor engineers on best practices for testing, code quality, and maintainable software development.
• Drive technical risk mitigation strategies and establish frameworks for proactive issue resolution.
• Analyze complex data to inform engineering decisions and optimize product performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience delivering production software in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Extensive professional experience in Software Engineering (years required vary by degree level, ranging from 5 to 11+ years).
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and risk management.
• Ability to lead architecture for high-scale, cloud-native systems.

Nice to have

• Experience designing identity systems (authentication services, authorization frameworks, identity federation).
• Familiarity with identity protocols including OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
• Experience with agentic or AI-driven architectures and AI APIs.
• Experience operating cloud-native environments like Azure or Kubernetes.
