Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States; must overlap with PST hours as needed and travel up to 50% if needed.

OTE: $170,000–$200,000 annually with a 70/30 variable split, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Serve as the senior technical advisor for MidMarket and Enterprise prospects and customers.
• Lead technical discovery and complex demonstrations for technical and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales to move strategic opportunities from qualification through technical close.
• Translate healthcare business goals into scalable AI workflows integrated with healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering on cross-functional initiatives and platform deployment.
• Mentor Solutions Engineers and create reusable demos, reference architectures, and enablement assets.

Requirements

• Three years of pre-sales experience leading large, complex, cross-functional engagements.
• One to three years of healthcare or healthcare-technology experience.
• Strong sales acumen, executive presence, discovery, objection handling, and technical communication skills.
• Experience managing, integrating, or implementing healthcare technology such as PMS, RCM, EHR, or patient engagement systems, or enterprise systems such as ERP, CDP, or CRM.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco or New York City, overlap with PST hours as needed, and travel up to 50% if required.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice AI technology.
• Familiarity with healthcare data formats such as FHIR and HL7.
• Experience at a high-growth AI or healthcare technology startup.
