Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: NYC, Flatiron office; in-person team

Salary: $125,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Serve as the technical backbone for customer deployments.
• Integrate the platform into customer workflows through APIs and enterprise data connections.
• Own critical technical connections and ensure reliable deployment execution.
• Lead technical troubleshooting calls with customers and internal IT teams.
• Bridge customer requirements with the engineering team while managing multiple deployments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with API integrations, particularly in financial services or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple technical deployments simultaneously.
• Comfort leading technical troubleshooting calls with customers and internal IT teams.

• Experience with enterprise data integrations and connectivity solutions.
