What you will do

• Develop, test, and refine AI deployments extracting structured data from healthcare documents and workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to translate healthcare and insurance workflows into technical specifications.
• Create documentation and playbooks for scalable AI prompt strategies.
• Stay current with best practices in AI prompting, document parsing, and healthcare data handling.
• Work cross-functionally with healthcare experts to roll out automation strategies.
• Measure and evaluate progress with clearly defined metrics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York City, USA
• Background in computer science, data science, or a non-technical field with strong analytical skills; recent graduates encouraged.
• Interest in NLP, AI/ML, or OCR technologies; coursework or internship experience counts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, SQL, or healthcare data/insurance workflows.
