Senior Analyst, Accounting

What you will do

• Assist with Form 10-K and 10-Q filings, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Perform general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Draft technical memos under US GAAP and prepare internal reports and analyses.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.
• Support external audits and regulatory compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or external reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles.
• Experience reviewing or drafting Form 10-K and 10-Q filings, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling.
• Experience working with publicly traded companies.
