Software Engineer - Affiliate Partnerships (Java)

What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services for a global affiliate partnerships platform.
• Ensure high performance, availability, concurrency, security, and scalability for merchants and publishers across the UK and Europe.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project implementation.
• Develop controls covering monitoring, maintainability, grey releases, and rollback capabilities.
• Research, adopt, and promote new technologies and methodologies.
• Identify integrations between emerging technologies and global system architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong coding, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to independently identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Availability to work onsite in London.
