Head of Product (Quantum Interconnect)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid role based in the Boston office with the option to work remotely a few days per week. Travel up to 15%.

Base salary: $192,979–$276,722 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the Quantum Interconnect Platform product narrative, materials, requirements, and roadmap.
• Translate technical capabilities and R&D into clear product offerings and customer-facing content.
• Lead customer meetings covering quantum memories, interconnects, repeaters, use cases, and product value.
• Gather customer feedback and feed market insights into product direction.
• Partner with business unit leaders to develop go-to-market materials, including introductory decks, specifications, website content, and case studies.
• Engage enterprise executives, government officials, and senior technical stakeholders to establish product-market fit and early traction.

Requirements

• PhD or advanced technical degree in engineering, physics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience in quantum computing, quantum networking, or related deep-tech industries.
• Direct experience in quantum computing or quantum networking product management.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to discuss roadmaps and technical trade-offs with engineers, scientists, and physicists.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex technical concepts into customer-facing narratives.
• For U.S. technical roles, eligibility to access export-controlled technology may require U.S. Person status, an approved license, or a license exception. For U.S. non-technical roles, candidates must be U.S. citizens or nationals, permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.
