Group Product Manager, Orchestration (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $255,000–$330,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for workload orchestration and scheduling across the GPU fleet.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers focused on orchestration capabilities.
• Partner with platform engineering on scheduling, bin-packing, and resource allocation features.
• Prioritize the roadmap across utilization, performance, and customer experience.
• Define metrics for orchestration efficiency and fleet utilization.
• Work with customers, stakeholders, and leadership to represent orchestration priorities.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience in infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Experience managing product managers or leading a product team.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, resource orchestration, or distributed systems concepts.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering on technically complex problems.
• Track record of shipping infrastructure or platform products at scale.
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder communication skills.
