Senior Director of Product Management (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $320,000–$415,000 annually in California, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap across control plane, orchestration, user interface, inference, and security products.
• Lead and develop group product managers responsible for individual platform areas.
• Align product priorities with company strategy, executive leadership, engineering, customers, and investors.
• Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions across competing technical product areas.
• Build product management practices, processes, team structure, hiring plans, and career development.
• Scale the product organization as the infrastructure fleet and customer base grow.

Requirements

• Significant product management leadership experience, including management of other product leaders.
• Track record of owning product strategy for a complex, technical platform.
• Deep experience with infrastructure, cloud, or developer-facing products.
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and judgment.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
• Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-scaling, early-stage environment.
