TL;DR
Senior Platform Engineer (Infrastructure and Cloud): Designing, building, and operating reliable, secure, and scalable platform services across on-premises and cloud environments with an accent on automation, high availability, observability, and infrastructure architecture. Focus on provisioning and deployment automation, production incident management, DevSecOps tooling, and improving platform stability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Location: Lisbon - Carnaxide, Portugal; hybrid working model.

What you will do
- Design, build, and operate on-premises and cloud infrastructure and platform components.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of platform services.
- Develop and maintain automation for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and daily platform operations.
- Operate production platforms, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify improvement opportunities, manage technical risks, and support platform evolution and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Solid experience in platform, infrastructure, systems, or cloud engineering in complex, large-scale environments.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure architecture across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, and scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience with security and DevSecOps tooling, artifact and repository management, and CI/CD pipelines, including Sonar, Blackduck, JFrog Artifactory, GitLab, and Jenkins.
- Experience with containers and orchestration.
