Manager, Commercial Finance

What you will do

• Build financial dashboards, KPI reporting suites, and visualizations that help senior stakeholders monitor performance and make informed decisions.
• Lead budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and analysis of actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Improve finance and business processes through automation, scalable reporting, and planning tools.
• Prepare targeted financial analyses and deep dives to improve transparency and identify performance insights.
• Partner with cost-base owners, executives, and business stakeholders on financial decisions, recommendations, and performance management.
• Support Treasury and Corporate Development with project reporting and validation of business-case assumptions for lenders and investors.

Requirements

• CA, CIMA, or CPA qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or a similar planning and analytical function.
• Experience aggregating and analyzing financial datasets and building dashboards in Power BI or similar applications.
• Strong financial forecasting skills using Excel-based financial modeling and/or financial planning software.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, validate inputs, explain the story behind the numbers, and tailor reporting to different audiences.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-partnering, project ownership, and continuous-improvement skills.
