Customer Service Representative (Fintech)

Location: GBR MLTN 120, United Kingdom; onsite work with fully paid training on-site where applicable

What you will do

• Answer customer queries and provide efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly support.
• Manage customer accounts, including balance transfers, direct debits, and credit limit alterations.
• Process card payments and investigate recurring customer issues.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships while delivering consistently high service.
• Work with internal teams to provide a streamlined customer experience.

Requirements

• Customer service experience in person or by telephone.
• Understanding of credit cards and basic IT skills.
• Good spoken and written English, with excellent communication and listening skills.
• Good telephone manner and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage stress, and remain customer- and results-focused.
