Client Service Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and prospects via email and phone.
• Resolve routine customer inquiries efficiently and provide helpful solutions.
• Work with the Level 2 team to route complex questions to the appropriate experts.
• Capture and share customer feedback to support product and process improvements.
• Expand financial knowledge through internal training and self-directed learning.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or initial experience in a customer-facing service role; career changers are welcome.
• Strong interest in digital products and a basic interest in financial markets.
• Passion for positive customer experiences and fast, helpful issue resolution.
• Ability to work reliably both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent German and English required.
