Facilities Technician - Weekday Day Shift (CNC Maintenance)

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; on-site weekday day shift, Monday through Wednesday and every other Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Hourly pay: $29.80–$40.98 for Level 2 or $31.74–$43.65 for Level 3.

What you will do

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate weekly proactive maintenance schedules and detailed job plans with maintenance planners and manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, install, overhaul, and maintain CNC, subtractive, post-processing, and facility equipment.
• Maintain electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems using technical documentation, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Diagnose equipment failures, perform corrective actions, and safely reassemble machinery.
• Support shipping and receiving operations and provide technical guidance to junior maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on CNC equipment maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures and machine safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work on site in Devens, Massachusetts, on the specified 12-hour weekday schedule.

Nice to have

• 10-hour OSHA Safety Certification.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in precision manufacturing.
