What you will do

• Develop and coordinate Digital ARCC presentations, executive briefings, leadership communications, and supporting materials.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate business updates with subject matter experts, business leaders, and IT stakeholders.
• Support communication plans and organizational change management for strategic IT programs and transformation initiatives.
• Create cybersecurity communications for leadership meetings, executive reviews, employee awareness, and security culture initiatives.
• Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness, operational efficiency, and program execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in executive communications, program management, organizational change management, or strategic planning.
• Strong presentation development, business writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to tailor messages for different audiences and collaborate with senior executives.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, follow-through, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
