Solution Architect (HealthShare)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Base salary: $136,000–$168,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

What you will do

• Design and own functional and technical architecture artifacts for HealthShare customer implementations.
• Translate customer business needs into solution designs, requirements, statements of work, delivery plans, and effort estimates.
• Support sales and project managers with product fit analysis, implementation timelines, technical effort, and partner coordination.
• Work with customers and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle to validate designs and ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee partner development, code reviews, source control, custom software, interfaces, reports, extracts, and data manipulation routines.
• Install HealthShare, support benchmarking and deployment configuration, create technical documentation and training plans, and produce white papers or case studies.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software development, design, and delivery.
• Demonstrated solution delivery experience with functional and technical ownership, business analysis, and problem-solving.
• Practical experience deploying integration platforms such as HealthShare, hirify.global IRIS Interoperability, Health Connect, or IRIS for Health.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data interchange standards, including HL7, CCD, FHIR, and X12.
• Experience with hirify.global HealthShare and knowledge of payers, providers, HIEs, IDNs, and related healthcare organizations.
• MS degree in a science or engineering discipline, with strong communication, presentation, and customer advisory skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools and implementing AI-augmented workflows while critically evaluating generated outputs.
