Agent Deployment Architect (AI)

Location: On-site in Columbus, Ohio, with five days per week at the client site and occasional travel to Palo Alto, California

Starting total compensation: $230,000, including base salary, performance bonus, and an in-residence bonus for candidates committing to five days on-site at customer locations per week for 12 months.

Hippocratic AI develops a safety-focused healthcare-only generative AI platform for autonomous clinical conversations with patients.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution deployment and customization for client engagements.
• Bridge engineering teams and client stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems for client needs.
• Own onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting across the technical deployment lifecycle.
• Partner with product and clinical teams to identify insights and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical deployments or implementation engineering.
• Deep experience integrating healthcare systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, CRMs, or population health platforms.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards, including FHIR and HL7v2.
• Experience working in complex technical environments within health systems, payors, or digital health.
• Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and required vaccinations or immunizations.

Nice to have

• Strong Python skills and experience debugging and writing scripts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and secure data practices.
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity, rapid execution, and building from scratch.
