Senior Product Manager

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Salary: Senior $180,000–$230,000 annually plus equity. Staff $230,000–$260,000 annually plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the Foundations surface area, balancing internal builders and end customers.
• Drive discovery, prioritization, and delivery across tables, workflows, custom interfaces, dashboards, navigation, permissions, and mobile applications.
• Partner with back-end, full-stack, and front-end engineers and designers to turn technical and customer needs into clear product direction.
• Make trade-off decisions focused on customer value, technical feasibility, and long-term platform coherence.
• Work with internal solutions teams to turn customer-configuration patterns into better primitives and tooling.
• Help scale the team by establishing structure, context, and roadmaps that enable new engineers to take ownership quickly.

Requirements

• Experience owning product strategy for a technical platform, infrastructure, developer tool, or building-block product.
• Computer science background or prior software engineering experience sufficient to reason about architecture, data models, and technical trade-offs.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design composable primitives while anticipating downstream effects.
• Track record of leading complex product work with multiple stakeholders in technically ambiguous areas.
• Comfort working with back-end, full-stack, and front-end engineering teams across a broad product surface.
• Strong written and verbal communication for explaining technical product direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer platforms, infrastructure software, no-code or low-code tools, internal tooling, or applied AI products.
