Product Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in or near New York City or San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead analytics for the Line of Credit product to drive insights and optimize underwriting strategies.
• Partner with Data Science to evaluate predictive models and monitor their performance post-launch.
• Forecast revenue and cost drivers, including subscriptions, fees, and delinquency rates.
• Design and execute product experiments to improve customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Build monitoring dashboards and translate model outputs into actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in a product analytics or strategy role.
• Must have US work authorization (E-Verify used).
• Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and maintaining data models.
• Strong ability to synthesize ambiguous problems into hypothesis-driven investigations.
• Proven record of communicating complex results to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in a fast-paced consumer finance or fintech startup environment is strongly preferred.
