Senior Data Analyst, Product (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with office attendance three times a week

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product performance metrics and dashboards.
• Analyze product usage and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Improve AI-powered self-service analytics through Omni, Amplitude, and the intelligence layer.
• Research and implement practices that improve AI reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Translate technical and quantitative analyses into clear recommendations for product development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics or a strategic role at a technology company.
• Strong SQL and dbt skills.
• Experience with Omni or similar business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and product metrics.
• Experience optimizing context and outputs for AI analytical systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
