What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for finance, legal, operations, and marketing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role scope and interview loops.
• Drive sourcing and outbound recruiting for hard-to-fill and senior positions.
• Manage candidates through the closing stage and secure high-conviction offers.
• Build recruiting systems including scorecards, playbooks, and compensation benchmarking.
• Report on pipeline health and hiring velocity to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting at an early-stage company.
• Experience recruiting across G&A functions such as finance and legal, as well as marketing.
• Ability to adapt interview processes and candidate pitches to different functions.
• Strong outbound writing and sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to close candidates competing with multiple offers.
• Ability to work fully in person between Palo Alto and San Francisco.
