Salary: $171,000–$228,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own and govern the station’s maintenance and work control programs, including standards, procedures, staffing, resources, work execution, and compliance.
  • Lead work planning, scheduling, maintenance execution, performance monitoring, self-assessments, and corrective action programs.
  • Provide senior technical and programmatic input on plant risk, plant conditions, operational decisions, and emergent equipment issues.
  • Integrate maintenance requirements with operations, engineering, work planning, construction, and startup activities.
  • Coordinate maintenance responses to plant events and serve as the primary interface with regulators and oversight organizations.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, long-range resource plans, audits, inspections, readiness reviews, and management assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or science-related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience at a nuclear power plant and 5 years in a maintenance management role.
  • Familiarity with maintenance testing practices, applicable codes, and nuclear instrumentation and control, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Supervisory or management experience at a nuclear power plant during an outage and while operating at power.
  • Meet qualification requirements under ANSI/ANS 3.1, including applicable education and nuclear industry experience criteria.
  • Applicants may be subject to U.S. Government export-control review based on citizenship or immigration status.

Nice to have

  • Previous SRO license or certification.
  • Experience governing nuclear maintenance and work control programs.
  • Track record of programmatic performance improvement and corrective action leadership.
