Director, Corporate Development (Digital Infrastructure)

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida

What you will do

• Source and evaluate strategic investments, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities that expand AI compute and data center capacity.
• Lead transaction structuring, including commercial terms, legal considerations, risk mitigation, and financing solutions.
• Own the full deal lifecycle from valuation and non-binding offers through due diligence, documentation, and closing.
• Oversee corporate financial modeling, including DCF, LBO, merger analysis, and project finance models for data center and HPC assets.
• Prepare transaction economics, valuation materials, and recommendations for the Executive Team and Board.
• Coordinate senior internal stakeholders, external advisors, legal counsel, and technical consultants.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of transactional experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Infrastructure Funds, or Corporate Development.
• Proven track record of closing transactions with ownership of sourcing, structuring, and financing.
• Strong familiarity with digital infrastructure, AI compute, data centers, or power and energy markets.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, project finance, capital markets, corporate structuring, and complex financial modeling.
• Ability to present clearly to C-suite executives, Board members, and sophisticated external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
