Lead Finance Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead financing execution across high-yield bond issuances, senior secured term loans, and project finance facilities.
• Build and own complex transaction models covering debt sizing, DSCR waterfalls, and levered/unlevered returns.
• Structure credit support arrangements, including guarantees, credit wraps, and off-take agreements.
• Manage external counsel, financial advisors, and counterparty working groups to drive deal timelines.
• Design and stress-test capital structures, including HoldCo/OpCo/PropCo structuring and intercreditor arrangements.
• Prepare investment memos, lender presentations, and internal approval materials.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, NY (On-site role)
• 5–7 years of experience in leveraged finance, structured credit, or capital markets.
• Demonstrated experience leading deal execution from term sheet through close.
• Deep financial modeling capability for complex, multi-tranche capital structures.
• Proven ability to manage external advisors and counterparty workstreams.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting investment memos and board-level materials.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to data center, power, or digital infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of credit agreement mechanics and high-yield/leveraged loan documentation.
• Experience with warrant agreements and equity co-invest structures.
• Understanding of SPV structuring and cross-collateralization mechanics.
• Prior people management or mentorship experience.
