QA Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru, India, with office days for collaboration and remote days for focused work.

What you will do

• Own quality end-to-end for an Applied AI pod supporting enterprise customer projects.
• Define testing strategy for non-deterministic AI agent applications.
• Build test tooling, automation, scripts, and test harnesses using Python or TypeScript.
• Perform hands-on REST API and API-level testing.
• Evaluate LLM-powered systems, including prompts, agents, RAG pipelines, and evaluation workflows.
• Work across parallel client engagements, identify issues, and propose solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience.
• Experience building AI-based applications from the builder’s side.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on REST API testing experience with tools such as Postman.
• Experience testing LLM-powered systems, including prompts, agents, RAG pipelines, or evaluations.
• Ability to manage context switching across multiple projects and take a solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium.
