SDET - QA Automation Engineer (Selenium)

What you will do

• Develop automation test strategies, plans, and test cases for software applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or Python.
• Use Playwright with JavaScript for test automation where applicable.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of web applications.
• Contribute to test automation framework development and maintenance.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with development and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an SDET or in a similar automation testing role.
• Strong proficiency in automation testing and test case development.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript and hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Experience developing test automation frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Playwright and JavaScript for automation testing.
• Experience testing web applications and SaaS products.
• Knowledge of current test automation trends and best practices.
