What you will do

• Analyze customer workflows, goals, and operational constraints.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations within the hirify.global Transport Management Platform.
• Support data mappings and transformations to enable smooth system integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with business and functional requirements.
• Manage administrative and project tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English.
• Interest in transportation, logistics, or workflow automation.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate complex software systems.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability, organization, and comfort in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, accounting, or operations.
• Basic scripting or SQL knowledge.
