What you will do

• Manage customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Support customer needs related to blockchain monitoring, digital assets, compliance, and financial services.
• Apply a proven sales track record to drive customer outcomes and account growth.
• Handle changing requirements and unforeseen issues quickly and positively.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders while maintaining a results-driven approach.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• At least 4 years of account management experience.
• Proven sales track record.
• Strong relationship-building and people-management capabilities.
• Creative problem-solving, resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Nice to have

• Previous crypto or blockchain experience.
• Previous compliance or finance experience.
