Corporate Associate -- Fund Formation Associate (Crypto)

Location: Silicon Valley, United States; hybrid

Salary: $310,000–$445,000 per year, plus a potential discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Organize and advise venture capital and private investment funds.
• Provide ongoing counseling to venture funds, venture studios, incubators, and accelerators.
• Support the formation and counseling of crypto-related funds.
• Advise clients on relevant corporate and securities regulations.
• Work as a core member of the private investment funds practice.

Requirements

• Four to eight years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in venture capital or private equity fund formation and counseling.
• Experience with relevant corporate and securities regulations.
• Admission to the bar in the state of the applicable office, or eligibility to sit for or waive into the next bar exam.
• Superior academic credentials and top-tier professional experience.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with an entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset.
