Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

What you will do

• Build the customer-facing web console for policy management, event investigation, and agent observability.
• Develop CLI commands, APIs, and machine-readable configuration for agent onboarding.
• Work across the full stack using React/Next.js, CLI technologies such as Go, and API layers.
• Design interaction patterns for both human users and programmatic agent consumers.
• Collaborate with founders and the primary customer-facing engineering team in an early-stage environment.

Requirements

• Full-stack engineering experience with React/Next.js, CLI development, and API implementation.
• Daily use of AI tools and an understanding of agent-facing interfaces and non-human users.
• Experience building CLIs, SDKs, or developer-facing tools.
• Strong design sense and attention to usability, performance, and clarity.
• Ability to define products and engineering standards in an early-stage company.

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, or frontend standards.
• Background in developer tools and API design.
• UX/UI design experience, Figma skills, or a portfolio of polished work.
• Experience building interfaces for both human and programmatic consumers.
