R&D Team Lead (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Lead development of the core Kubernetes resource management product.
• Build platform capabilities that improve DevOps productivity and optimize Kubernetes resource usage.
• Write significant production code in Go and develop deep expertise in Kubernetes internals.
• Work with Istio, Helm, Prometheus, container orchestration, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Own complex technical projects and drive innovation in Kubernetes optimization.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building complex, large-scale systems.
• Significant experience developing cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Go, backend systems, distributed systems, infrastructure, or related technologies.
• Computer Science degree or relevant software engineering experience in an IDF technological unit.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
