Internal Auditor

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $53,700–$72,600 per year.

What you will do

• Perform IT audit projects and consulting engagements using established methodologies and within budgeted timeframes.
• Audit information system applications and evaluate whether appropriate controls exist and system-produced information is accurate.
• Conduct walkthroughs and test control design and operating effectiveness across hirify.global IT business segments.
• Execute the audit plan as directed by the audit leader.
• Collaborate with internal audit colleagues to support company and team goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Less than 3 years of audit experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, attention-to-detail, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and focus on the big picture.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States, with a dedicated workspace and internet service providing at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Prior audit experience, including creating audit work papers.
• CISA, CIA, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ certification, or progress toward obtaining one.
