Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning (MY)

What you will do

• Translate regional demand into executable supply plans and coordinate forecasts with contract manufacturers.
• Review planning requirements, inventory positions, vendor requirements, and design specifications.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, supply chain strategies, and process improvement solutions.
• Improve third-party commit rates and on-time shipment performance while escalating shortages and mitigating capacity constraints.
• Negotiate with suppliers, resolve complex supply and system issues, and recommend purchase orders or remediation actions.
• Lead a section or department, including schedules, staffing, workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Broad materials management experience across purchasing, strategic and tactical planning, and manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills in data mining, process development, and process improvement.
• Experience creating and maintaining business processes and international supply chain experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance, schedules, and talent development.

Nice to have

• Contract manufacturing experience.
• Direct manufacturing experience in the electronics industry.
• In-depth Oracle experience.
